We sell mattresses, adjustable bases, bedding accessories, and related products. Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information on the Site or in-store is error-free.

All sales are final.

Refunds are issued only at the sole discretion of Mattress Gallery Direct Texas LLC. We are under no obligation to provide a refund once a purchase is completed.

Comfort exchanges may be allowed solely at the discretion of Mattress Gallery Direct Texas LLC. A comfort exchange will be automatically voided if any of the following occur:

The mattress has stains of any kind

There is excessive pet hair

Law tags have been removed

Any approved comfort exchange is subject to our current policies, restocking considerations, and product availability at the time of the request. We reserve the right to refuse any comfort exchange request for any reason.

Manufacturer warranties apply according to each individual manufacturer’s terms and conditions. To qualify for warranty service through us or the manufacturer, the following requirements generally apply (and must be met according to the specific manufacturer’s rules):

The mattress must show a body impression / dip of 1.5 inches or greater (measured according to manufacturer standards)

The mattress must remain free from stains

Law tags must remain attached and intact

The mattress must be used on a proper, supportive foundation as specified by the manufacturer.

Servicing a warranty claim is solely at the discretion of Mattress Gallery Direct Texas LLC. We may assist with processing manufacturer warranty claims, but we are not the warrantor and make no independent warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides. Approval, repair, replacement, or any other remedy is determined according to the manufacturer’s policy and our reasonable judgment in coordinating the claim.

Price matching is offered solely at the discretion of Mattress Gallery Direct Texas LLC.

To be considered:

The competing product must be of similar quality and specifications

Quality assessment and final judgment as to whether products are comparable is made solely by Mattress Gallery Direct Texas LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse any price-match request for any reason.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment is due as specified at the time of purchase. Financing options, when offered, are provided through third-party lenders and are subject to their separate terms and credit approval. We are not responsible for financing decisions made by third parties.

Delivery and setup (when available) are subject to scheduling, access conditions, and our delivery policies. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Any claims for damage must be reported promptly according to our instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Mattress Gallery Direct Texas LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
