Great experience at Mattress Gallery Direct! Highly recommend. Austin listened closely to what I was looking for and was very helpful in finding a mattress and adjustable base that fit my needs. He gave me plenty of time and space to try out the mattresses, so I could make a decision. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. New bed was delivered less than a week after I ordered it. Delivery guys were very professional and friendly and got my bed set up exactly how I wanted it. Next time we need a new bed or mattress, I will be returning to Mattress Gallery.

We couldn't believe the selection available. This is not like our first mattress buying experience but it was the absolute best mattress buying experience ever.Jesse asked us a few questions and once I expressed an interest of a particular mattress used at a hotel we stayed at, lol and behold he had the exact same one but also available in different firmness.All in all we spent maybe 1 -1.5 hrs total time.There was no way we could have found a better price.I cannot recommend Mattress Gallery Direct and Jessie enough.Go there first and find the mattress and price that suites you and be done with it.Also the delivery removal and setup crew was professional and careful.Thank you again, JessieLes H

First off, Great customer service!!Jessy greeted us as soon as we walked in. Mind you, we just happened to stumble upon this store waiting for brunch next door. Jessy was awesome! Not only informative about the products, but he really listened and understood our needs. He helped navigate us through some great options they had in store. We went back to another mattress store to compare what we thought was a strong contender…. it just didn’t compete. The sales rep from this competitor store, even complimented Mattress Gallery Direct saying “The quality of those mattresses are nice and more luxurious than anything we have here.”Anyone questioning on going in, try it out!!! Might find a perfect fit there like we did!! We can’t wait to have it in our home.

This review is so late. We got our mattress sometime in February/March of 2024. The Owner was amazing and super helpful. We went in there not really knowing exactly what we wanted but explained our desires for a bed.He guided us to a couple of beds he thought would be the best fit. Once we picked the best one, we still checked out the others that were recommend just to make sure the one was the one.Prices are not bad at all compared to other mattress stores in town. Process of purchase was easy. My husband is a veteran and got some discounts. Delivery was speedy fast. They set up the bed themselves. They were even gonna take and dump our old bed but we wanted to keep that one. We will definitely be coming back here for our next bed!!

I have been needing a new mattress for a while now but I was uneasy about trying to decide on a new one. I had already visited a couple of mattress stores and was not impressed. So my daughter took me to Mattress Gallery in Georgetown and as soon as I walked in the door I knew this was THE place to find my mattress. We were greeted immediately by Austin, the owner, and we felt very free to try out almost every mattress in the store at our leisure. Austin is definitely a genuine and sincere person and he explained every mattress to me so I could find the right one to suit my needs. I did pick out a very nice mattress and I have had it for a few days now and I am extremely pleased. The delivery was timely and the delivery guys were friendly and helpful. They were polite and respectful from the beginning. I am so happy with this service! Austin was great! He worked with me and gave me an amazing deal! I explained my work situation and he patiently waited for me. The delivery guys were very efficient and professional. The delivery was supposed to be from 3-5pm and by 2:48pm my bed was already set in my room! Hello we bought our mattress here on our second day of shopping. We had a list of stops that would have taken a good part of the day but fortunately tthis was our first and last stop. By far the best place and we saved money. Great selection and great experience and got the tilt base frame to boot. We were on a Sleep Number for over 25 years and didn't realize how bad it was until morning back pain. You deserve it!

The “significant” difference for me was Austin’s approach. Instead of the focus being on “selling me a mattress”Austin’s focus was me “buying the right mattress” for my needs and comfor. We went there first since it is a veteran-owned business and my husband is a vet. Jessy was so helpful to u. He listened to our complaints of previous mattresses and also asked off we had any medical issues. He spent over an hour with us and suggested several and we tried them all. Custom service was amazing; he asked questions to understand our needs. The price was great. Our mattress was delivered quickly. We went straight from the closing to our home and they pulled up right behind us. The delivery guy even pulled our old mattress out of the UhAul for free disposal because they were so early.

My wife and I were looking online at lucid or purple mattress for our new king size bed but decided to stop in quickly to just feel out some more traditional beds. Austin, the store manager, was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. No pressure at all from the start and helped us understand the wide variety of options that there were according to our budget. We ended up testing 7 or 8 different mattress’ until we found “the one”. We decided to move forward due to the price and the incredible warranty that this company carries. Our walk in was at 4pm, the bed was in our home at 1 pm the next day.We really felt like Austin and his team delivered the best customer service experience we’ve had in a long time. Grateful we decided to just stop in quick. Thank you to you and your team of amazing veterans. (Did I mention his mattress are made in the USA and he himself served our country in the military.) My daughter and I went into Mattress Gallery Direct in Georgetown next to First Watch cafe because they are veteran owned and operated, and that's important to us. Jessy worked with us to buy the perfect mattresses and adjustable bases to go with them. We loved working with him. Their guys delivered the mattress and base to her house and to my house, and explained to us how to work the remote for the base. Then I decided to get my granddaughter a new mattress and bed frame. Austin helped me get a great mattress for her, and he and Jessy told me about Timeless Imports on West University for a queen bed frame for her so I could continue to shop local. The guys who delivered the mattresses both times were quick and efficient and polite, and now we all love our mattresses. We highly recommend them to everyone.

I have bought many mattresses across my adult life, but this was by far the best and most enjoyable. What a joy to work with a knowledgeable, professional, and low-key person. They listened to what I had to say and then led me through trying out various mattresses. They didn't try to sell me a particular brand or more bells and whistles than I wanted. They also delivered it, which was really nice since I live just outside the metro area, and took away my old mattress for free. Attentive staff, knowledge, and matched my desire to get straight to the point.After trying a few mattresses and helping me understand why I liked one more than another and why some were more than others helped me select one I am really pleased with. At a price less than I anticipated.Quick delivery with trustworthy and good communicating workers.They had a window they were supposed to show up. Called me 15 minutes before the very beginning of that window. I told them I would remotely open the garage from work when they arrived. They called when they were at the door and I watched them deliver on camera. They respected my belongings and carefully put my mattress where I had asked them called me to shut my door and ensured it was shut before they left.All and all I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and won’t be shopping anywhere else.
Show room is well organized with lots of product to try out. Austin is friendly and answers questions but is not pushy. We bought a bed and it was delivered. Old one hauled off. Delivery guys were nice young men. Over all experience is definitely a 5 star.

Austin was super helpful. My husband and I went in during the Veterans Day sale just to look, not really expecting to buy yet since we had other big purchases on the list. Austin was very knowledgeable about their mattresses and could explain in detail the pros and cons of different types even down the to whys and hows. We’ve been mattress shopping a few times in the past, but no one else has ever been so thorough. After we tried the the Legendaire mattresses we were sold. Comfiest mattress I’ve ever laid on, far better than the Tempurpedic we already had. Still, we left to buy a new sofa first and tried out some other mattresses and checked prices while we were out. We wound up going back that evening to get not just one mattress, but 3, as we also wound up getting bunk beds for our kids. Mattress gallery direct had MUCH better prices, and nothing else we saw elsewhere compared to the Legendaire mattress here. Bonus points: we got to buy from veterans. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new mattress (or two or three).

We bought a wonderful mattress from Austin and Jessie recently. We had just moved here from out of state and went to Mattress Gallery Direct based on the high ratings and knowing they were veterans. They are sincere, professional, and honorable, just as you would expect. What we didn’t expect was the level of kindness, warmth and humor that we found there. They made us feel like family; a family that sincerely cared about us. It was clear from the moment we entered the store that they wanted to make sure we bought the best mattress for our specific needs and treated the purchase seriously as they knew it was a large investment and an item in our home that we would be spending a lot of our time. It was clear that they recognized that the decision of choosing a mattress wasn’t a light one. After our purchase, they communicated every step of the way during the very few weeks following before we received our delivery and afterwards to make sure we were happy. We never felt forgotten of insignificant. This was refreshing since being a “number” ( especially after paying) is what we found is “the norm” during our experiences of reestablishing a new home. We wished that we had more mattresses to buy but unfortunately for them, they did their job so well that we won’t need a new mattress anytime in the near future. I highly recommend Mattress Gallery Direct. I had my mind set on either a Sleep Number or Purple mattress. On a whim, I went to Mattress Gallery on a Sunday. The co-owners were managing the store and were extremely helpful and patient as I picked out a bed. The mattress I decided on was on sale, then they took MORE off the price...then when I mentioned if I waited a couple more months, I would save even more with my Flex Spending Account through my work...THEY MADE UP THAT DIFFERENCE AS WELL! It was great not to wait months and still have that savings. They were able to schedule delivery the very NEXT day. Delivery was scheduled for 4pm. The drivers called me at 3:15pm exactly to tell me they were 45minues away. When I got to my house to 4:03, they were there waiting. The delivery guys were super friendly, efficient and courteous (even to my little dogs!). The first night, I hated my mattress, but as it turns out, it was making me sleep in a correct position. I have since gotten used to it and feel much better with less aches and pains during the night and morning. Highly recommend Mattress Gallery and thank them for helping me improve my quality of life with a good nights sleep!

My wife and I are proud veterans so we held our heads high walking into a veteran owned mattress business. Let me say first say that I had no intention on purchasing a mattress and could have "vetoed" my wife's decision even though she's been wanting a new mattres for a while. The owners were so personable and professional and, after making an offer I would have to be a fool to resist, agreed to the purchase. Not often do I leave an establish after making a purchase feeling as good about it as I did then. Professionalism and good customer service still goes a long way. The delivery guys were not only prompt, but early. They were professionals at their work and, didn't scuff my walls (pet peeve) and were very fast with the delivery but not rushed. If I ever need another mattress, I know where I'm going.

Best mattress buying experience we have ever had. Austin and Jesse were both professional, knowledgeable, and best of all, NOT pushy. They worked with us to find a delivery time that fit our busy work schedules. Took their time to carefully setup new mattress and remove old. Our new mattress is fantastic. First of all the service was great, we were shown many mattress options after getting facts on our sleeping patterns. Loved the fact that we were willing to get a mattress and box springs and the salesman saved us money on letting us know we probably wouldn’t need that box springs at this moment. Very friendly and accommodating.
